Watoodoo collects the following data:

• Account data: email address and password (encrypted).
• Location data: approximate position, only with your authorisation.
• Browsing data: pages viewed, searches performed.
• User-generated content: reviews, ratings, playlists.
• Business data: name, email, phone and establishment information.

The application can be used without creating an account. In that case, no personally identifiable data is collected.

3. Purposes of processing

• Provide and improve the application's services.
• Display establishments near your location.
• Enable the creation and sharing of playlists.
• Send push notifications (with your consent).
• Display geolocated CPM advertising to consenting users.
• Validate and manage professional accounts.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (location, notifications), the performance of the contract (provision of the service), and our legitimate interest (service improvement, fraud prevention).

5. Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. Deletion within 30 days after deactivation, except for legal obligations.

Your data may be shared only with:

• Our technical service providers (Vercel hosting, Supabase database) bound by confidentiality.
• The competent authorities where required by law.
